FourC Wins Ruter Ticketing Equipment Tender

Trondheim/Norway, June 24, 2021 --- FourC has won the Ruter tender regarding ticketing equipment for up to 200 new commission sales points. The delivery includes semi-rugged tablets, printers, ticket readers, and mounting equipment.

Ruter is by far the largest public transport authority and mobility provider in Norway, supplying the public transport system in the greater metropolitan region of Oslo, the capital of Norway, and the surrounding parts of the county of Viken. More than 50% of all Norwegian public transport journeys are handled by Ruter, in an area populated with close to 1.5 million people.

The tender is a part of the extending and upgrading of the ticket sales network, by allowing commission sales using the modern RuterSalg sales app.

FourC is pleased to announce that we won the tender based on a weighted combination of price, delivery time, and service/support solution.
